Sometimes good things happen by accident. While making a batch of Aioli, we mistakenly got the ingredient quantities mixed up and also used different herbs, but realised, being a bit stronger in taste, it would make an excellent pasta sauce. Rich, creamy and garlicy, it's brilliant with fresh spinach, pasta or noodles, especially if topped with a good vegan cheese. Yum yum!

    Local (Christchurch) customers can either:
    *Pick up orders from our Mairehau address or 
    *We can deliver within Christchurch for an extra $5
    *Free delivery for local orders over $40 
    Freight to the rest of New Zealand is usually within three days of on-line purchase, at an additional cost of $9.20 for the South Island or $14.50 for the North Island.

    We encourage local customers to return their empty jars when new products are being delivered or picked up. This saves impact on the environment. Undamaged jars, especially with in-tact labels can be sterilised and reused.
